La Plaza
An open-air gathering space featuring two 10-by-50-foot pergolas, two clean white feature walls, and flexible outdoor areas for dining, dancing, ceremonies, and entertainment.
Climate-Controlled Studio
A 20-by-25-foot air-conditioned building located beside La Plaza. It works well for food service, buffet setup, vendor preparation, storage, or intimate indoor seating for approximately 30 guests.
The Greenhouse
A bright, climate-controlled studio surrounded by the farm’s natural scenery. It can accommodate approximately 20–25 ceremony chairs and may also serve as a photography or secondary event area.

Lago Farm can accommodate up to 75 guests when La Plaza’s outdoor areas and pergolas are incorporated into the event. For a more spacious and comfortable experience, we generally recommend approximately 25–50 guests.

How to reserve your date

Food, Alcohol & Vendors
Outside caterers, decorators, florists, photographers, DJs, and other vendors are welcome. Alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender or bar-service provider.
Music & Event Hours
Amplified music is allowed. The standard music cutoff is 10:00 p.m., although an extension until 11:00 p.m. may be approved in advance. Amplified music cannot continue past 11:00 p.m.
Weather Planning
La Plaza is primarily outdoors. The studio and Greenhouse provide partial shelter but cannot seat 50–75 guests together. We recommend a professional tent when a full-capacity weather plan is needed.
Parking & Restroom
The main parking area accommodates approximately 20 vehicles, with field parking available for approximately 20 more. Guests also have access to the Kubo restroom located near the Greenhouse.
Lighting & Power
Electrical outlets are available at La Plaza. Portable EcoFlow or generator access may also be available. Supplemental event lighting is recommended for celebrations continuing after sunset.
Farm Environment
Lago Farm is an active farm with animals, natural terrain, and seasonal changes. Farm tours may be arranged in advance depending on staffing and your event schedule.

What is included in the $1,360 private-event rental?

The $1,360 rental provides exclusive access to both La Plaza and the Greenhouse, including up to eight hours of event time. The property is blocked for your event that day, allowing us to coordinate reasonable setup and breakdown access around your scheduled celebration. The rental also includes access to the 20-by-25-foot climate-controlled studio, the surrounding approved outdoor areas, the Kubo restroom, and on-site parking. A 50% deposit secures the date, with the remaining balance due one month before the event.
How many guests can Lago Farm accommodate?

Lago Farm can accommodate up to 75 guests when the outdoor areas of La Plaza and the pergolas are incorporated into the layout. We generally recommend a guest count of 25–50 for the most comfortable experience. The climate-controlled studio can seat approximately 30 guests, while the Greenhouse can accommodate approximately 20–25 ceremony chairs. Final capacity depends on your seating arrangement, dining tables, dance floor, and other event features.
Can we bring our own vendors, decorations, tables, and chairs?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own caterer, decorator, florist, DJ, photographer, and other event vendors. Tables and chairs are not included in the base rental, but Lago Farm has a limited inventory available as optional add-ons, including metal chairs, white garden chairs, and six-foot rectangular tables. Decorations are welcome as long as they do not damage the property, and all installations or special setups must be approved in advance. Glitter, loose confetti, paint, and other difficult-to-clean materials are not permitted.
What are the policies for food, alcohol, music, and event timing?

Outside food and catering are welcome. Alcohol is permitted but must be served by a licensed and insured bartender or bar-service provider. Amplified music is allowed, with a standard cutoff time of 10:00 p.m.; an extension until 11:00 p.m. may be approved in advance. Events may continue after the music ends within the approved rental period for mingling, cleanup, and breakdown, but amplified music cannot continue past 11:00 p.m. because Lago Farm is located on private property near a residential area.
The main parking area accommodates approximately 25 vehicles, with field parking available for approximately 20 additional vehicles. A parking attendant can be added for $150. Guests will have access to the Kubo restroom, and farm tours may be arranged in advance when staffing and the event schedule allow. Clients are responsible for removing their decorations and personal belongings and returning the property in its original condition. Lago Farm provides one 50-gallon trash bin and two 25-gallon bins; excessive cleanup may result in a $150 cleaning fee. Property tours are also available by appointment before booking.
